Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Ours is a very quiet and serene neighborhood that we ask you to embrace and enjoy. Geography-wise, we are just far enough out of downtown Beaufort to avoid the crazy that is summer allowing us to experience peace and serenity along with nearly 300-degree water views around the house, yet still close enough to take advantage of all the history and amenities that downtown Beaufort has to offer. We are also minutes to Harkers Island and all of its uniqueness and access to ferry services (only the National Park Service, located on Harkers Island, can offer ferry service to Cape Lookout).
Guest Access
Full House Rental. Entire home accessible.

-15 minutes to downtown Beaufort by car, or boat, -6 miles to the Harkers Island Ferry Service at the end tip of the island which takes you to Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout Lighthouse, -2 miles to the Harkers Island boat launch, if you want to put out and boat over yourself using your own vessel, -0 miles to the back yard boat dock/lift. Come and go anywhere you like by water on your schedule (Well, your schedule AND mother nature's schedule, that is! Make sure you review the surrounding areas tide schedule(s) for anywhere you might visit when in the Down East region of the Outer/Core Banks! We are not the "shipwreck diving capital of the world" for no reason! If you do not pay attention, it's not a matter of if you will run aground, but when!).
